Our most recent work is finally completed. The El Caribe Caterers Country Club, a Brooklyn, New York catering and event facility, contact us in March of 2010 after seeing the work we did for other clients. They had been using word of mouth for more than 30 years to grow their business. With no real online presence, they wanted TeleStory Media Group to produce an online presence that captured the ambience of their classy, high-end catering and event facility. We did the following to help rebrand and better position El Caribe Caterers:

• Gave the logo a small face lift for better branding
• Created a bus ad that ran throughout parts of New York City to direct leads to their business in anticipation for the new website
• Using Marketing Automation, El Caribe Caterers was able to capture potential leads to their website and market back to them
• We created a set of High-Definition Virtual Tours that showcase their facility 24 hours a day, seven days a week
• Shot HD & commercial style promotional films for the El Caribe Caterers that engaged potential brides online

After months of designing, filming, layout, and programming, TeleStory Media Group launched Russo’s On The Bay’s new website. The site includes the latest high-definition virtual tours, an interactive photo gallery, professionally produced videos about the services they provide, a separate bridal portal, and a complete content management system on the back end of the website. The team at Russo’s was thrilled with the new, Italian tile and stone look of the site as well as the full-screen, interactive virtual tours. The front page features a little online magic with live Flash elements that change throughout the day and a live clock that keeps the current time. It is a powerful online experience that sets Russo’s On The Bay apart from its competition.

With a newly renovated facility completed and open for the business, The Inn At New Hyde Park needed a whole new online experience. Managing member, Frank Marino, new exactly what he wanted and our senior designer/programmer, Jesse Harding, knew just how to pull it off. Mr. Marino, a veteran in the restaurant and hospitality business, wanted a fairy-tale, turn of the century, story-book theme that reflected the turn-of-the-century catering and event facility. Additionally, The Inn wanted professionally produced videos of the services The Inn had to offer.

The Inn was not seeing a lot of website traffic when TeleStory Media Group was brought on board. We put a temporary website for The Inn to help them with their new facility while we worked on completing the interactive Flash site. The average traffic per month was 300 hits. Within a month of launching the new site, web traffic leaped to over 95,000 hits and The Inn, according to Mr. Marino, sold out two years in advance.

The Inn and it’s entire team were an absolute delight to work with, very accommodating, and creative.

After months of hard work, round the clock construction crews, and many sleepless nights, The Inn At New Hyde Park opened its new multi-million dollar renovated facility. With that, The Inn signed with TeleStory Media Group to create their online, interactive experience that would reflect the ambience of their new turn-of-the-century facility.
